We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

 

 

 

Need a last-minute appointment? We offer Squeeze-In appointments for clients who wish to book outside regular availability.

A €20 Squeeze-In fee will apply and must be paid in addition to your service total.

Please note that Squeeze-Ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

 

We value your time and the time of other clients. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you arrive too late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation or squeeze-in fee may apply.

 

 

New clients are required to make a €15 deposit to secure their booking.

An email with a payment link will be sent to you once your appointment request is received.

 

 

We accept cash and online payments.

Payment is due at the time of service and is non-refundable.
